While standard quality - control departments focus only on the final product, quality control at M & W involves strict monitoring of every stage in the manufacturing process – from raw materials to packaging and shipping – to ensure that customers’ requirements are met.

Raw materials

We obtain our raw materials from two principal suppliers (both public companies) with whom we have a long – established relationship. These suppliers are considered the largest and best in Taiwan, and the quality of their steel is very consistent.

Every incoming coil is carefully checked for undesirable mixing and decarbonization. Materials are not used by our manufacturing facilities until they have been cleared for quality. We are the only manufacturer in Taiwan that inspects wire before production, to guarantee highest quality and appropriateness for the desired application.

Step-by-Step Monitoring

Products are inspected even in the earliest stages of the manufacturing process. This ensures, for example, that flaws that could affect the heat treatment process are discovered. Heat treatment and plating then receive the same careful monitoring. An excellent finished product is only achievable with this close attention to every step.
