17 years of age, M & W is a relatively young company
compared with most of its competitors, with 110 employees
aged mostly under 35. Nonetheless, the company boasts a
very aggressive attitude toward the promotion of quality
service and company image.

| CURRENT INSTRUCTURE |

M & W Fastener Co. has seven departments:
Sales, Production Control, Manufacturing, Heat Treatment,
Quality Assurance, Packaging, and Finance. Each department
coordinates and cooperates with the others, and assessments
exchanged between departments help to pinpoint our system¡¦s
strengths and weaknesses on an ongoing basis. Education and
training continually update staff¡¦s professional knowledge
of fasteners and the fastener industry.
Though we are a young company with a young staff, our energy,
focus, and dedication ¡V along with our love of a challenge!

| Factory size is approximately 210,000
square feet, accommodating every phase of production, from
raw materials through heat treatment (with three lines of
heat treatment furnaces) and packaging. |
M & W¡¦s own research has shown
that most screw failures are caused by poor or improper
heat treatment. Our ISO/TS 16949:2002 system and A2LA accredited
laboratory guarantee top quality in our products. |

with three heat treatment furnaces dedicated exclusively to
OEM markets. |
